The Klintiendharm English Fun Camp is a project that is aimed at fostering better relationship between parents and growing teenagers. Its mission is to inculcate gratitude, using activities that will educate. English will be used as an added form of communication with foreigners. It is open to teenagers around the ages of 12 to 15. The camp is for 3 days, 2 nights. Food served is vegetarian.

Camp Date - 19 April 2002 to 21 April 2002.

The Mission of the Klintiendharm English Fun Camp is:-

To encourage, foster and develop the quality of loving-kindness, compassion and truth for the young to practice the Buddha Dhamma

The Objectives of the Klintiendharm English Fun Camp are:-

· To encourage closer relationship between parents and growing children;
· To teach the Dhamma and Buddhist morals;
· To be able to use English in everyday life;
· To Co-operate with other people;
· To have a chance to meet foreigners;
· To be able to show their abilities;
· To make some new friends;
· To have fun with English songs and games

The Curriculum includes:-

· Buddhist English Chantings, Hymns and Songs;
· Simple English Conversations and projects;
· The Teachings of the Buddha Dhamma;
· Practice of Buddhist Morals and Precepts;
· Instructions in English and in Thai;

Parents sending their children to the Klintiendharm English Fun Camp must attend the last session of the camp on Sunday the 21st. April 2002 at 2.00 p.m.

The Camp is Free, but a registration fee of 200 baht will be collected on enrollment.

Donations towards the
Klintiendharm Projects are welcome.
